Order Tracking

For customers who choose to register when they checkout we offer the convenience of Order Tracking. Simply login to your account, click Order Tracking and select the order which you are inquiring about to find out if your order has been shipped and to obtain the UPS tracking number.

Return Policy

If, within 30 days of purchase, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please call the toll-free number, (877) 647-3900 and explain the problem. If you do not desire a replacement item, you will be responsible for return shipping the original purchase. Your account will be credited the cost of the garment when it is received in the warehouse.

Credit Cards

We offer the convenience of online credit card transactions to all customers of www.HealingThreads.com (corporate and consumer). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

When using credit cards, we require the following information: account number, credit card type, cardholder’s name and expiration date exactly as it appears on the card.

Incomplete credit card information cannot be processed. Declined bank authorization will not be processed. For these reasons, and to ensure your protection, all credit card orders must include your name, address and telephone number. An e-mail address is welcome, especially with online orders.
